I have good news! Gustavo Cisneros, Chairman of Cisneros, and Adriana Cisneros, CEO and Vice-Chairman of Cisneros, will both receive the Brandon Tartikoff Legacy Award which is presented by the National Association of Television Programming Executives (NATPE). “Each of them has helped shape the face of media today and their talent will endure well into the future,” said President and CEO of NATPE, Rod Perth.

The awards, which will be presented on January 21 in Miami, USA, recognize television professionals who show extraordinary passion, leadership, independence and vision in the process of creating television programming. The awards will be hosted by Craig Ferguson.

Gustavo Cisneros will be recognized for his work in enhancing Latin America’s profile on the global stage, developing new industries, increasing access to information and fostering technological growth.

Adriana Cisneros will receive the award in recognition of her work in developing new business lines, creating global strategic alliances, generating content across all multimedia platforms and extending the Organization’s international scope, as well as directing multiple digital initiatives.

The 12th Annual Brandon Tartikoff Legacy Awards will also honor Linda Bell Blue, Jay Leno, Jonathan Murray and Ted Sarandos. Sound good?
