Ten successful Latina Women in the TV industry

Jonathan Blum

Women, especially Latinas, increasingly control the media and TV industry in the United States. From their work environments, they not only substantially help industries operate, but also contribute to the development of ethnic plurality, which is in vogue in the public opinion.

They show every day their worth and that talent, perseverance and hard work pay off. Their success is evidenced in the value contributed by the Hispanic community to the American economy and the media and communication industry in the United States.

I think of the words of Nicole Riech from Polignac, former CEO at Scotiabank: “I faced many obstacles because I am a woman. I had to learn how to move in environments that were not traditionally women’s. I had to learn how to earn my spot. But, at the end of the day –with results– you always earn it”.

The following is a list of ten Latina women succeeding in different communication fields.
